Functions of 'My Account'

 

When you logged in 'My Account', you can do such as below:

 

1. MY ORDER: to check your latest orders done or cancelled; even rework your orders, try for cancellation and check 'My Favorite'.

 

2. PERSONAL INFORMATION: to amend the user name, E-mail, appellation, password, manage your address for receiving the pearl from www.diypearl.com

 

3. E-MONTHLY: to subscribe or stop sending the E-MONTHLY from www.diypearl.com

 

 

Amend or cancel orders

1. When the orders submit successfully, you could turn to 'My Account' to check your orders. Before the sending of your products, you have the right to amend your orders, your address, even cancel some products or the whole order.
A. Change your address
(1) Find your order which need to amend in 'My Account'firstly;
(2) Click 'Delivery Address' to change it;
(3) 1 or 2 minutes later, system will tell you that your operation successful or not.

B. Delete products
(1) Find your order which need to amend in 'My Account'firstly;
(2) Click 'Delete' to delete it;
(3) 1 or 2 minutes later, system will tell you that your operation successful or not.
