You may return most new, unopened from DIYPEARL.COM within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective pearl, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within about four weeks; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes:

1. The transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days);

2. The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days);

3. And the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned pearl.

Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund. See our Refunds page for more details.

Exchanges

If the reason of returning your pearl is not satisfied by you, and you also have other pearls in your mind to exchange the pearls returned. What you need to do is that tell the pearl consultant contacted with you clearly. We will send the pearls you like better at once upon receiving your returned pearls. And the time needed is shown above. The calculation

of your money also will be treated mostly like Return Procedure above, we never c harge one cent from our customers randomly.
