But it will be not sure for some factors of force majeure, for example: wars, typhoon, political riot etc. Except these, we are sure every order from DIYPEARL.COM will reach you at the set time. To different order, we have different policies. If your order is up $100, we will ship it to you for free, but the shipping fee will be paid by you for your order whose sum price is down $100. Delivery Time

To determine when your order will arrive, add the item's availability to the transit time for the shipping method. The availability of each item can be told by your pearl consultant from our Service Department. Transit times can be found on 'My Account' page and sent to you by your registered E-mail in www.diypearl.com

For example, an order that's available in 1-2 business days (usually each pearl we offer could be prepared at once) and shipped using standard shipping (3-5business days) will arrive in 4-7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday.
